BendBook. Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 July 2026  /  Applies to the BendBook Android application on Google Play

In short: BendBook does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, and the app does not connect to the internet.

Who we are

BendBook is developed and published by BlackBox Design Lab. If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact us at blackboxdlab@gmail.com.

Location: Kharkiv, Ukraine

What the app stores

BendBook keeps the following information on your device only:

What the app does not do

Files you export

When you export a DXF, PNG, CSV, or JSON file, the app writes it to the location you choose on your device, or hands it to another application through the system share sheet. What happens to that file after export is up to you. BendBook does not upload anything automatically.

Purchases

BendBook offers a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional features. All payments are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details. The app checks your purchase status with Google Play and stores the result locally, so unlocked features work without an internet connection.

Google’s handling of purchase and account data is covered by Google’s Privacy Policy.

Children

BendBook is a tool for sheet-metal fabrication. It is not directed at children, and we do not collect data from any users, including children.

Your data and your control

Because nothing leaves your device, there is no server-side copy to request, correct, or delete. You are in full control:

Changes to this policy

If a future update changes what the app stores or introduces any network feature, we will update this policy before publishing that version. The date at the top of this page will change accordingly.
